Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods or hygiene-related items (e.g., used personal accessories).
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
- Sale items or items purchased with a promotional code (Eligible for exchange only).
Damages and Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For size or color exchanges, please contact our support team.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning your item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. In those cases, Inarkaa will cover the return shipping costs.
