We offer free shipping across India on all orders. Pieces are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Every item is carefully packed to protect its finish in transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you can follow its progress from the My Orders section of your account.
Returns & Refunds
If your piece arrives damaged or you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for eligible items returned in their original condition. Because each item is handcrafted, minor natural variations in grain and colour are not considered defects.
