Processing and Dispatch
All orders placed through Inarkaa are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates and Timelines
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders above ₹999. Expected delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Premium Shipping: ₹99. Expected delivery within 2-4 business days.
- Express Delivery (Available in select cities): Same-day or next-day delivery options.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Inarkaa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Losses
Inarkaa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
